Jessica Danielle Stone, also known as J.D. Stone, is a 21-year-old singer and actress with type 1 diabetes. Born in Valenica, California in 1990, Jessica has been an actress for much of her life. She has appeared both in films and on TV, mainly playing supporting roles in shows such as ER, Hannah Montana, and A Charlie Brown Valentine.
Aside from acting, she is an avid reader and enjoys stage work. Shortly after being diagnosed with diabetes, she decided to help others who also have it by volunteering at the Diabetic Youth Services and Camp Conrad Chinnock, for which she was awarded the Lily for Life Achievement Award in 2006.
