    5. 6-preset meal types per day are provided. Tap to enter desired Meal.
    6. myGluxus® provides access to World’s largest Food and Nutrients database with over 50million raw and prepared food items. Search to select or tap on “+Add New Food” to add a custom food item.
    7. Tap on a searched Meal item to view or customize portion and nutrients. The selected/modified Meal item will be saved in “Frequent” section for easy selection for later use. Once done with the Meal item, tap on “Save”.
    8. Continue to select and save Meal items until all meal items are selected and saved.
    9. Tap “Next” to display Full Meal with Total Nutritional information and list of Meal items.

Insulin is a hormone made by the pancreas that allows your body to use sugar (glucose) from carbohydrates in the food that you eat for energy or to store glucose for future use. Insulin helps keeps your blood sugar level from getting too high (hyperglycemia) or too low (hypoglycemia). myInsulin module has pre-built choices and units of measure to easily record your insulin with time, meals and meds tags.

    2. Tap RECORD to display myInsulin screen.
    3. Tap on date to modify the date and time.
    4. Select Insulin Type or Other to manually input an Insulin Type.
    5. myGluxus® comes with built in most commonly used Insulin Types and Insulin. User may select pre-built choices or use “Other” to manually input an Insulin.
    6. Tap “Taken by” to select mode of insulin intake.
    7. Tap “Location” to select place of insulin intake
    8. Select Unit of Measure and Doze Value to complete the Insulin intake capture.
    9. Add a time tag and Notes for administering the Insulin.
    10. Choose medication tags as appropriate. Selecting Meds Taken will prompt you to enter meds.

Medication administration involves preparing and taking scheduled and unscheduled medications and evaluating the effect of the medications. myMeds was designed using Medication Administration best practices – allowing you to record and track all your meds in one place.

    4. Tap on Condition to manually enter a condition.
    5. Tap on Meds Name to manually enter a medication
    6. Select Unit of Measure and Doze Value to complete the Meds intake capture.
    7. myGluxus® provides you with the option to pre-set the frequency, occourance and duration for the medications. For example, Taken Tylenol(med name) 2(doze) tablets(unit of measure) once(frequency) (every) 4 hours for 2-weeks (duration).
    8. Add a time tag for time and use Notes for a reason for administering the Meds.
    9. User may also set-up a Meds/Refills reminder along with their Doctor, Pharmacy and cost information.
